Add Watchers to an Event

Adding Watchers to an Events

Accessing Events Module

Log in and navigate to the events module tab.

Click on the event you want to add watchers to.

Click on the edit option.

In the event details, look for the watchers section.

Click on the option to add watchers.

You can add multiple watchers by selecting individuals.

Currently, the feature only allows selecting individuals, not groups.

Saving Watchers

Select the watchers you want to add.

Click save to update the event.

The selected watchers will be added to the event.

To edit watchers, go back to the event details and click on edit.

In the watcher dropdown, you can add or remove watchers.

Watchers will receive an email notification with event details and a hyperlink to access the event.
