Creating a New Project

Guide you through creating a new project. Edit settings and project details and learn to manage and navigate phases, tasks, and files.

Simplifying Project Creation in Flow Path

  1. Creating a New Project

    • Click on "Create Project" in the top right corner.

    • Fill in project details:

      • Project name

      • Site location

      • Budget

      • Start date

      • Estimated end date

      • Project description

  2. Navigating the Project Module

    • Default of five phases and tasks in every project.

    • Monitor completion percentage, start and end dates, total budget, and total cost.

    • Access files for attachments and sorting/filtering options.

  3. Adjusting Project Settings

    • Edit project name, budget, total cost, and completion percentage.

    • Define project categories (e.g., new or upgrade).

    • Update start date, end date, and completion date.

    • Add project description.

    • Options to delete, archive, or duplicate projects for recurring projects.
