October 24, 2025 1\. If a user has the ability to assign a work orders they will see all users as available options. By using User Groups you can now filter the users they can select from. Head over to your Global Settings\> Users and select the user you want to filter selections for. Make sure the user is part of the correct user group. You can add a user to multiple user groups. Be sure to click UPDATE to save your new settings! Now the user will have a pre sorted selection of users they can assign to work orders. Please keep in mind this will also limit the watchers they can choose from, but they can still manually type an email address to add watchers.
