We put together three starter inspection templates you can download, import into FlowPath and tweak to fit your buildings. ### **What's included** - **Winter Readiness Walkthrough** - once a year, before it gets cold - **Monthly Building Walkthrough** - once a month - **Roof & Exterior Inspection** - every 3 months ### **Download the templates** **Step 1: Download the files** There are 2 files. You need both. - \[Starter\_Inspection\_Schedules.csv\] - the inspections - \[Starter\_Inspection\_Items.csv\] - the checklist for each inspection Save both to your computer. --- **Step 2: Fill in the inspections file** Open **Starter\_Inspection\_Schedules.csv** in Excel or Google Sheets. Fill in these columns: - **ACCOUNT** - your building name - **LOCATION** - the area in that building - **CADENCE\_START** - the start date **Picking the start date:** set it one cycle before you want the first inspection. For example, if you want the monthly walkthrough to start July 1, put June 1. Make sure the date format matches the template header format. Want an inspection in more than one building/location? Copy the row and change the building name. Don’t change anything else. Save the file. --- **Step 3: Look over the checklist (optional)** Open **Starter\_Inspection\_Items.csv**. You can: - Change the name of an item - Delete items you don’t need - Add new items (copy a row and change the words) Don’t change the first column. It tells FlowPath which inspection each item goes with. Save the file. --- **Step 4: Add the inspections to FlowPath** 1. Open the **AI Assistant** in FlowPath. 2. Upload **Starter\_Inspection\_Schedules.csv**. 3. Type: **“Import these inspection schedules.”** 4. Check that everything looks right. 5. Click to confirm. --- **Step 5: Add the checklists to FlowPath** 1. In the **AI Assistant**, upload **Starter\_Inspection\_Items.csv**. 2. Type: **“Import these checklist items and match them to the right inspection.”** 3. Check that each item is under the right inspection. 4. Click to confirm. --- **Step 6: Make work orders happen on their own (optional)** You can tell FlowPath to make a work order when an item fails. **Example:** your tech marks **Outdoor Faucets Winterized** as **Fail**. FlowPath makes a work order right away, so nobody has to remember to do it later. \[KAIT: steps for setting the work order rule\] --- **You’re done!** Your inspections will now show up on schedule. To check them, go to **Work Orders \> Inspections**. Need one right now?
