### How to Add, Expend, and Transfer Inventory Stock with the AI Assistant

Manage stock levels by adding received items, expending parts used, or transferring between locations.

### Add stock (receiving)

- "Add 200 air filters to the main warehouse."
- "We received 50 belts — add them to the Building A storeroom."

### Expend stock

- "Expend 3 belts from the storeroom."
- "I used 2 filters on work order 3544."

### Transfer stock

- "Transfer 50 filters from the main warehouse to the Building C storeroom."

### Tips

- Stock levels update immediately across all views.
- When you expend stock against a work order, the cost rolls into the work order's total.
