Import equipment from a Building Maintenance and Operations Checklist or Facility Condition Assessment export.

### Steps

1. Open the AI Assistant.
2. Upload the BMOC or FCA file.
3. Tell the assistant you want to import BMOC/FCA equipment.
4. The importer agent reformats the data so every assessed asset enters FlowPath with its condition score and assessment data intact.
5. Review and confirm.
