How it works

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Upload your file — the importer handles CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, and Word formats.

  3. Tell the assistant what you want to import.

  4. The assistant displays a preview of the mapped data in the interactive table view.

  5. Review the mapping. If columns don't match, tell the assistant: "Map the 'Type' column to category."

  6. The table updates. Talk back and forth until the mapping is correct.

  7. Confirm the import.

Tips

  • The importer agent flags rows with missing or mismatched data so you can fix them before committing.

  • You can import data from any page — you don't need to navigate to a specific settings page first.

  • For large imports, the assistant processes in the background and notifies you when complete.
