How To Set Up Custom Meter Units for Equipment

Define your own meter unit labels for equipment and PM schedules instead of using defaults.

FlowPath allows you to create custom meter unit labels for equipment and PM schedules, so your team can track usage in the units that make sense for your operation - whether that's miles, hours, gallons, cycles, or anything else.

How to Set Up Custom Meter Units

  1. Go to Settings → Equipment → Meter Units.

  2. 2. Click New Meter Unit.

  3. 3. Enter a name for the unit (e.g., "Miles," "Engine Hours," "Wash Cycles").

  4. 4. Save.

Go to Settings → Equipment → Meter Units.

Once created, your custom units will be available when configuring equipment and PM schedules.
