Your layouts can have equipment, location, and projects pins, but you will want to ensure all of your Events Spaces have location pins assigned to them. When you select a pin you should see a Account and Location association. Scroll down towards "Visible Locations" or select "6. Request Form" in the Jump to Section. Look for the Edit button. "Visible layouts" Drop down will appear and you will find all of the Layouts that you have uploaded to your instance. Each instance comes with a standard 5 layouts, if you need more please reach out to us to inquire about our unlimited Layouts add on.
