Update Equipment QR Code to an External Scanner ID
Link prior asset IDs, updating your equipment's QR code with an external scanner ID, ensuring seamless integration of your existing asset identification system with FlowPath.
1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders
2. Click "Equipment"
3. Select your equipment.
4. You can view and print the FlowPath generated QR code if you need.
5. Click the "External Scanner ID" field.
6. Enter your prior ID for the asset if you have one. Best example would be bar code ID numbers.
7. Click "Update" to save the info.
8. Equipment now saved with the external scanner ID. This links your previous asset ID or code to FlowPath.
