What integrations does FlowPath offer?

FlowPath connects to the systems your facilities, finance, IT and events teams already use, so you can skip the double entry. Here's what's available today.

How integrations are priced

Integrations are billed annually. Larger or more complex integrations are quoted based on what your setup needs. Not sure which category yours falls into? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we’ll put together a quote.

Finance & ERP

  • Workday - Syncs locations, cost centers, workers, vendors, equipment, purchase orders and supplier invoices. FlowPath is a Workday preferred partner.
  • Banner (Ellucian Ethos) - Syncs locations, users and accounting codes.
  • NetSuite - Imports vendors and contacts, and sends vendor bills from completed work orders with the invoice attached.
  • Coupa - Imports suppliers and syncs invoices.

Building automation

  • Tridium Niagara - Connects your building automation system to FlowPath. Turn heating or cooling on before a scheduled event and release it after, open work requests from station alarms, and use meter history to drive meter-based PMs. Every connection starts in test mode until your team turns on live commands.

Calendars & events

  • 25Live - Brings event calendars into FlowPath Events and can generate setup work orders automatically.
  • Arbiter (iCal) - Brings athletics schedules into FlowPath Events. (Included with Events Platform)
  • Google Calendar and Outlook - Syncs events, reservations and scheduled work to each assignee's calendar. (Included with Events Platform)

Communication

  • Slack - Opens a work order request form from a Slack command.
  • Zoom Contact Center - Creates work orders from inbound calls and emails.

Projects & work management

  • Procore - Imports Procore project documents into FlowPath.
  • Smartsheet, Monday.com and Jira - Sends completed work orders to a sheet, board or table.

Data & custom connections

  • SFTP - Runs scheduled imports and exports with other systems.
  • Developer API - Gives your IT team read and write access to build their own connections.
