How to Use the Live Stream Feature

The live stream lets you use your phone's camera and microphone to work with the AI Assistant hands-free. It's available on equipment, work orders, inspections, and inventory adjustments.

How to open the live stream

Navigate to the relevant page or record.
Tap the Live Stream button (camera icon).
Your camera opens in a modal. You can:

Record voice notes using the microphone.
Scan QR codes or barcodes to identify equipment or inventory items.
Drag and drop or paste photos if you've already taken them.

How to submit

When you're done capturing photos and talking, tap Submit.
The assistant processes everything — photos are uploaded, voice is transcribed, and actions are executed.
For equipment creation, the modal stays open so you can walk to the next item. For updates, the modal closes.

Put the assistant in autonomous mode for live stream workflows. This lets the assistant process each submission without waiting for confirmation.
Talk naturally — you don't need to use FlowPath field names. Just describe what you see and what should happen.
For daily inspection tours, work through items one by one. The queue handles each update in the background while you move to the next.
For equipment tagging, create one piece of equipment, submit, and immediately start the next one without waiting.
For inventory receiving, scan each item as it comes off the truck, say the quantity, submit, and move to the next box.
